Mark Williamson

Mark P. Williamson, MBA, BSME

Williamson graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in finance in 1984.

After working for EDS for three years in corporate finance & operations, he pursued a degree in mechanical engineering, which he completed in 1991 at the University of Texas at Austin. During this time, he worked with oil & gas drilling equipment manufacturer, Camco.

Beginning in 1992, Williamson worked in Houston as the technical & sales support manager for Champion Elevators, a manufacturer of rack-and-pinion industrial and construction elevators serving the petro-chemical industry.

In 1997, Williamson received an MBA from Rice University in Houston. He completed several entrepreneurial ventures in Europe and Texas, before accepting in 1999 the position of Vice President, Business Development with Intermost Corporation (a Chinese-based developer of business-to-business software) where he remained until 2002.

In 2012, Williamson authored and published “Power Play”, offering a detailed process for those seeking unguided job hunting techniques.

Williamson is a proud member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, ASME, as well as a member of the Petroleum Engineers Club of Dallas.


Kandace Willamson

Kandace Williamson, BBA


Kandace holds a degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kandace is a seasoned entrepreneur, having spent 11 years in the industry, 5 of that directing a company that designs corporate incentive programs and large scale marketing projects for national corporate consumer goods clients.

She excels in client relations, networking, vendor negotiations and custom product development. Her company was WBE certified and the recipient of many honors in marketing and promotions.

Kandace possesses the vital talent and integrity needed to source and place executive & professional talent. She is methodical and strategic and recognizes the long-term value of each connection made, regardless of the immediate outcome.

Kandace is solutions–oriented and scales each step in the process with our O&G clients and candidates driving towards positive outcomes on both sides. Her recruiting style defines, attracts and integrates talent into highly attractive career environments.


William Rowe

William D. Rowe II

Founder and Chairman & CEO of Rowe Global. Previously, served as Vice Chairman and a founding partner of Pearson Partners International. Prior to Pearson, he served as the Managing Director of the Dallas practice of Foster Partners, a global retained executive search firm formerly known as KPMG Executive Search and later spun off as an independent company. After 10 years with Foster Partners, Bill merged the Southwest practice of Foster Partners with Bob and Keith Pearson’s business in 2002 to form Pearson Partners International.

Bill began his career in retained executive search as a research analyst with Paul R. Ray and Company. Earlier in his career, he provided market research and competitive analysis information to determine market vibrancy for de novo bank formations for an Atlanta-based banking services company.

Bill is on the board of directors of the business advisory firm Catapult Partners, and has served on the board of the Dallas chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He is alumni chair and a member of the board of directors of the SMU Club Lacrosse Program, and a life member of the Dallas Safari Club.

He authored a chapter titled, "A Force of Integrity within the Corporate World" in the recent book, Best Practices for Executive Search Firms: Leading Executives on Developing Benchmarks, Evaluating Potential Candidates, and Helping Clients Succeed (Aspatore Books, 2007). Bill earned a bachelor's degree in history from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.


Jessika Cruz

Jessika Cruz, BBA


Jessika obtained a BBA in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University in 2010.

Since 2005, Jessika has held roles with a number of private firms as marketing manager, accountant / auditor, researcher and executive office manager.

Jessika currently acts as Project Manager at Impact 20 Group. Her internet and trade research skills leverage the company's ability to locate, screen, and connect with talented candidates specified by clients, addressing all industries and candidates at all organizational levels. She also performs financial and accounting analysis for prospective investment banking related activities.
